Gouache is a great medium, for illustration it is fast, easy, and dries flat so it doesn’t produce shiny spots when photographing or scanning the work. White Gouache
Description: This is a very reliable brand of gouache paints, their white is outstanding, very opaque and heavy bodied. Not only is it an outstanding gouache paint, blends well and easily reactivates, but it is also recommended for touch ups for drawings, inkings, and any other art that is painted against the bare surface.
Black Gouache
Description: This color is smooth and easy to use without diluting. It is semi transparent and requires a few layers to fully cover the surface if so desired. It dries even, flat, and clean.
